Formula One confirms Abu Dhabi Grand Prix to take place in December
ABU DHABI: President and CEO of Formula One Stefano Domenicali has confirmed the 2026 season will conclude as planned with the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at Yas Marina Circuit.
Domenicali expects remaining tickets to be sold and said that preparations for the Dec. 3-6 event were nearing completion.
“The calendar is confirmed. There are still a few tickets to be sold in Abu Dhabi … and we stay focused on delivering the calendar we promised at the beginning of the year,” Domenicali said.
“The preparations are on course, there are still a few tickets in Abu Dhabi to be taken, and everything is progressing very, very well,” he added.
With Domenicali reaffirming the organization’s commitment to the event, fans are encouraged to proceed with travel and accommodation planning ahead of it.
