Former Bok Liebenberg wants Stormers and Bulls to be 'composed and patient' in URC semis

Former Stormers and Springbok hooker Tiaan Liebenberg has pleaded for the Stormers to have more composure and for the Bulls to be patient in their United Rugby Championship semi-finals this weekend.

The Bulls are away to powerhouses Leinster in Dublin on Friday, while the Stormers host Northern Irish upstarts Ulster at the Cape Town Stadium on Saturday.

Liebenberg, who played for the Stormers in the 2010 Super 14 final that they lost to the Bulls, said the Capetonians did a lot of things right in their 28-17 quarter-final win against Edinburgh.

"They may be young and live off the offloading game and you don't want to take that away from them.

"That may not suit Ulster in terms of coming to South
