Forget Richarlison: "Creative" Everton gem with 47 touches stole the show for Lampard - opinion

Everton have collected their first Premier League win of 2022 and their first win in seven top-flight games against Leeds United today with a fantastic team performance at Goodison Park.

Frank Lampard’s side put three goals past their opponents, with Michael Keane, Seamus Coleman and Anthony Gordon all finding the back of the net over the course of the game, and it’s fair to say that Everton dominated throughout.

Leeds barely turned up against the home side, completely lacking in creativity with zero shots on target. Despite having 58% possession over the course of the afternoon, the Whites were there for the taking, with Lampard’s side capitalising on that with aplomb.
