Although his average SofaScore rating in the Premier League is just 6.83, he deserves a chance to shine. In the victorious League Cup campaign, he featured five times, scoring four goals – averaging a goal every 97 minutes.

Indeed, should he carry this form over into the Merseyside derby, Minamino very much has the potential the cause the Everton defenders nightmares.
