FLW TV: Is it time for Stoke City to part company with Michael O’Neill? (Watch)

Stoke City are drifting towards another mid-table finish in the Sky Bet Championship under Michael O’Neill. 

O’Neill has been at the helm with the Potters since November 2019, when he inherited a squad that was rock bottom of the Championship table.

Since then, O’Neill has overseen a period to stabilising Stoke, who have finished 15th and then 14th in the the last two seasons.

This year, though, there was increased expectation at the bet365 Stadium, with O’Neill armed with an exciting squad that was threatening the top-six heading into the festive period.

At the time of writing, Stoke have won just twice since December 5th and are 15th in the table, starring down the barrel of another mid-table finish.

Over on FLW TV, Alfie Burns and Billy Mulley have been looking at O’Neill’s time at Stoke and whether now might be the right time for them to part company with the 52-year-old.
