Time stood still when Mason Mount delivered a pinpoint pass to Chelsea teammate Kai Havertz in the 42nd minute of last year's UEFA Champions League final.

The Blues faithful held their breath as Havertz controlled the ball before firing past the onrushing Ederson, a goal that eventually helped the west Londoners become champions of Europe for the second time in their history.

Now, Thomas Tuchel's side will attempt to win FIFA's Club World Cup for the first time in the club's history, having fallen short in the competition back in 2013, when they lost 1-0 to Brazilian outfit Corinthians in the final.

But when does the competition take place and who will Chelsea play? Here, brings you all you need to know about the competition fixture list and where you can watch them.

As Chelsea are one of two seeded teams they will automatically advance to the semi-final of the competition, where they will face one of Monterrey, Al Ahly, Al Jazira or Al-Hilal on Wednesday, February 9, with kick-off scheduled for 4:30pm UK time.

If Tuchel's men make the final they will play on Saturday, February 12, scheduled to kick-off again at 4:30pm UK time.
