FIFA 22 FUT Captains Promo: Everything We Know So Far

The FIFA 22 FUT Captains Promo is expected to go live soon in Ultimate Team and we have all the key information you need to know.

For those who do not know, promos in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team are great as they release an abundance of new content into the game mode like new Squad Building Challenges and new special cards.

In FIFA 22, we have seen the most promos ever, and due to this, we have seen so many players in the game receive huge special upgrades.

This FUT Captains promo is a new one for the FIFA franchise, and with this in mind, the gaming community are very curious to find out what we can expect when it goes live.

Update 4th April: FUTSheriff, who is the leaker that revealed this promo in the first place, has told the FIFA community that the FUT Captains promo will include FUT Heroes, and a promo team. The account was able to reveal that one of these players will be Hugo Lloris.

For now, the FUT Captains promo does not have an official release date. Promos in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team tend to come out every Friday, so we are hoping that it will go live on Friday 8th April 2022. We will update this page when more information is revealed around the date.

As we have been told by leakers on Twitter like FUTSheriff, the FUT Heroes cards already in Ultimate Team, like David Ginola and Joe Cole, will receive new cards with upgrades.

New information has come to light revealing that the promo will also have an entire new team featuring current players who are captains at their club or country. Hugo Lloris is the only player known so far. When more leaks surface, we will continue to update this page.
