Ferrari Trento podium bottles to raise funds for Ukraine
Proceeds from the auction of Ferrari Trento podium-inspired bottles will be donated to help emergency efforts in Ukraine.
For 2022, Ferrari Trento will remain the supplier of the post-race bubbly drivers drink, but mostly spray, as the top three take to the podium to celebrate following a grand prix.
And in the closing stages of the 2021 campaign, it was decided these celebrations would be used to influence a way of fundraising.
A test run was done in partnership with Formula 1 and in aid of Keep Fighting, the organisation set up to celebrate seven-time former World Champion Michael Schumacher and encourage everyone to “never give up”.
Fans are able to bid via F1 Authentics to purchase unique bottles and for 2022, it has been agreed the proceeds will, through the partnership of Ferrari Trento, Formula 1 and Keep Fighting, be donated to the International Committee of the Red Cross to aid emergency help for Ukraine.
Available for auction will be three special edition three-litre bottles like those used on the podium.
They will feature the circuit image on the label, the Ferrari visual on the side and be filled with the company’s most representative Trentodoc wine.
