Team World’s Jack Sock and Auger-Aliassime had beaten Andy Murray and Matteo Berrettini to cut Team Europe’s lead to 8-7 ahead of the second match of the day. Ad Auger-Aliassime’s win moves Team World to a 10-8 lead, meaning — with three points on offer for each win — they require just one more match win to seal the Laver Cup.
