Fassi back from injury as Sharks name team to tackle Leinster

The Sharks shave kept changes to a minimum for Saturday's United Rugby Championship encounter against Leinster in Durban.

Springbok fullback Aphelele Fassi makes a welcome return after a long injury lay-off. He replaces Anthony Volmink, who started in the No 15 jersey in the 37-10 home win over the Lions on April 9.

The only other change to the match-day 23 is rotational, where Le Roux Roets partners Gerbrandt Grobler in the second row as Reniel Hugo moves to the bench.

Bok prop Thomas du Toit continues to lead the Sharks, with national skipper Siya Kolisi serving as vice-captain.

Leinster, who are top of the URC log, have rested a number of their star players for the trip to SA. This affords the sixth-placed Sharks to make a move up the standings.

Saturday's clash at Kings Park kicks off at 18:15.
