Samantha Rylance, 25, had taken her partner Callum and their two children to pick up some treats for a movie night, but disaster struck when her youngest son suffered a serious head injury on Saturday (December 7).
Speaking about the traumatic event, Samantha explained how Kaelen, aged six, was playing in the aisle before he collided with a roll cage, leaving him with a nasty gash on his head. But she expressed immense gratitude towards the "amazing" Asda staff who rushed to assist the family in need.

We ran to the pharmacy [inside Asda]. The woman in the pharmacy stopped serving everyone to help, she was amazing.", reports the Liverpool Echo.
The mum recalled the incident as her "worst nightmare," saying: "I couldn't function, my hands froze. She kept
