Family have two BMW's stolen and little boy's birthday presents snatched in burglary as they slept

A mum has spoken of her horror after discovering their home was broken into as her partner and three children slept, before stealing two BMW's off the drive and their little boy's birthday presents that were in the hallway waiting to be wrapped.

Mum-of-three Kayleigh Bell told the M.E.N how her and her partner woke up on Tuesday morning (October 4) to find their back patio doors wide open before noticing both of their cars had disappeared off the drive, along with the bag of gifts.

With her son's sixth birthday now in turmoil, she has said her family have been left 'really unsettled' by the ordeal after the burglars had somehow made their way into their Royton home in the early hours as they slept.

"We haven't been burgled before, and it is really unsettling to think people have
