Fairfield High School for Girls welcomes new headteacher and announces deputy head vacancy
Fairfield High School for Girls is proud to announce the appointment of its new permanent headteacher.
Miss Lealman, who has previously dedicated 23 years to Fairfield, will be bringing a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the school’s rich history and ambitious vision to her role.
Her time at Fairfield has been marked by her commitment to both curriculum and pastoral development, contributing to the school’s spirit of continuous improvement.

This new chapter has also opened up an exciting opportunity to join Fairfield’s senior leadership team as deputy headteacher, focusing on areas such as pastoral care and inclusion.
The role is vital in strengthening the school’s culture of excellence, equality, and meeting high expectations.
The successful candidate will work closely with the school's staff and the wider Stamford Park Trust team, providing professional strategic leadership and operational management.
They will help drive Fairfield's continuous improvement and the academic and personal development of its nearly 1,000 pupils.
The deputy headteacher’s role will also focus on promoting Fairfield’s welcoming, caring, and high-achieving culture, helping to make sure that every pupil thrives within a supportive and ambitious environment.
They will also contribute to the trust’s vision of 'excellence and ambition for all', which prioritises exceptional teaching and learning, outstanding support, and a rich, varied curriculum.
