Exhausted mum gives restless toddler £3 Sainsbury's 'Sleep Well' milk and doesn't regret it

An exhausted mum was so fed up with her restless toddler's sleeping patterns,, she decided to try Sainsbury's £3 'Sleep Well' milk, which claims to help little ones get a good night's rest.

The 'Sleep Well' Milk claims to aid a restful night's sleep, and isn't just for kids.

Mum Caroline, who is a reporter at our sister site Hull Live, tried giving her Toddler Alf - who had never before slept through the night - the £3 milk, which can be found at Sainsbury's, Holland and Barrett and online.

Sainsbury's currently sells cartons of the chocolate version for £3 each, or you can get three cartons of the oat flavoured milk at Holland and Barrett for £3.75.

Even while pregnant with him, I was reading a baby sleep book that promised to have them sleeping through from about five weeks, or something daft like that.

So with all our experience with our daughter and my new found knowledge from this sleep bible I was super confident that sleep was not going to be an issue with Alf.
