Eurosport extends agreement with IPF to strengthen ties with Powerlifting

Viewers across Europe will now be able to enjoy coverage from the Classic Open Powerlifting World Championships and the Equipped Open Powerlifting Championships until at least 2029 on Eurosport and via its digital platforms. From 2025, Eurosport will strengthen its ties to the sport still further with the addition of the European Classic Open Powerlifting Championships.

Ad Eurosport will harness the scale of its digital platforms to engage sports fans across Europe by showcasing new editorial formats, giving viewers access to exclusive behind-the-scenes content, never-seen-before athlete portraits and compelling explainers that will lift the lid on the intricacies of powerlifting as the sport seeks to reach new audiences.
