The Serie A match between Fiorentina and Inter Milan was abandoned after Viola midfielder Edoardo Bove collapsed on the pitch just over 15 minutes into the contest and was taken to hospital.

Distressed Fiorentina and Inter players formed a shield around Bove before he was transported via stretcher to the back of an ambulance.
