Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne remind Man City of Club World Cup bonus

Manchester City defeated Urawa Red Diamonds 3-0 to book their place in the final of the Club World Cup.

Pep Guardiola's side will take on Fluminense on Friday in the climax of FIFA's showpiece event to determine the best team on the planet after comfortably easing past their Japanese opponents. As the first half struggled to take off, the biggest cheers from the crowd came when the big screens focused first on Erling Haaland and then Kevin De Bruyne. That is no surprise given the pair are City's most high-profile players, but did illustrate the commercial opportunity the club have missed out on.
