Erik ten Hag will speak to the press at Tuesday lunchtime as he looks ahead to Manchester United's upcoming Premier League fixture against Brentford.

United have won just three of their last nine league matches following their defeat to Newcastle at the weekend and will be looking to bounce back against one of the surprise packages of the season.

Brentford famously won 4-0 when these two sides met in the second match of the campaign, and Ten Hag will be desperate to show just how far his side have really come since that humiliating defeat.

The United manager could comment on Luke Shaw after he signed a new four-year contract at the club earlier in the day, and is also expected to issue some early team news ahead of the match.
