Erik ten Hag is helping Manchester United do all they can to enter Jude Bellingham transfer race

A Jude Bellingham goal on a Champions League matchday is becoming as routine as the pre-match Champions League theme tune.

The England international, who will have aspirations of shining the brightest on the world stage at the World Cup in Qatar next month, scored for the fourth Champions League game running on Tuesday night, netting Borussia Dortmund's equaliser in their 1-1 draw with Sevilla. It ensured that he continued his run of having scored in every Champions League game so far this season.

It means that only three players have scored more than Bellingham in the competition so far this term, with his four goals matching the likes of Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe and Leroy Sane of Bayern Munich. Only Erling Haaland, Mohamed Salah and Robert Lewandowski have scored more.

It is little wonder, therefore, that Manchester United's supporters continue to drool over his ability and dream about the prospect of him one day donning the famous red shirt. Bellingham, of course, famously visited Carrington in March 2020 to hold talks with United about the prospect of moving to Old Trafford, but later decided to join Dortmund instead, sealing a £25million move from Birmingham City a few months later.
