A 2-1 win over Switzerland maintained the Three Lions’ momentum ahead of going to Qatar at the end of the year, extending their unbeaten run to eight games.

Ivory Coast, absent from their continental counterparts’ play-offs for the World Cup, pushed France all the way in their trip to Paris ahead of this friendly, but lost 2-1 following a late Aurelien Tchouameni goal.
