England v Wales Live: Kick-off time, TV channel and Six Nations match updates

Wales and England both must win today to keep their Six Nations title hopes alive.

The stakes are so high, the smallest of margins could decide this Twickenham encounter.

With both teams having lost their opening match, neither can afford another defeat. The victor will stay alive in the championship and the loser will see their campaign become a dead rubber with two games remaining.

Wales have not won at English rugby HQ in the Six Nations for 10 years, but will be hoping their 2015 World Cup heroics can be replicated.

Wales are boosted by the return of Taulupe Faletau and Josh Adams, with Louis Rees-Zammit missing out on the wing, while England have been dealt a late injury blow via Manu Tuilagi's hamstring strain, but there is positive news for the hosts in the return of Courtney Lawes.

Stay tuned for all the build-up, live match updates and reaction from the respective post-match press conferences.

The game kicks off at 4.45pm and is being shown on ITV.
