Egypt vs Senegal: Prediction, kick off time, TV, live stream, team news and h2h results

Egypt and Senegal clash again tonight in the first leg of their high-profile World Cup play-off tie.

The sides met less than two months ago in the Africa Cup of Nations Final in Cameroon, and it was Senegal who came out on top that day as they won on penalties following a goalless draw.

Their attention now turns to a two-legged tie for a World Cup spot in Qatar, with Egypt having home advantage in the first leg. Liverpool duo Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane will once again take much of the focus.

Here’s all you need to know about tonight’s first-leg clash...

Egypt vs Senegal is scheduled for a 7:30pm GMT kick-off tonight, Friday March 25, 2022.

The Cairo International Stadium in Egypt will host the match.

TV channel: Tonight’s match is not being broadcast live on TV in the UK.

Live stream: Fans can watch the action via streaming service Mola TV. Users have to register, but it is free to watch

Egypt general manager Diaa El-Sayed confirmed that Salah will be available for the Senegal qualifier.

Seny Dieng and Alfred Gomis miss out on the Senegal squad to injury, but it’s still a star-studded group available.

Mane, Edouard Mendy and Ismaila Sarr are among the Premier League players ready to help their country book a place in Qatar.
