Eddie Hearn makes 'not good' Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk prediction

Eddie Hearn has predicted that Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk will be 'not good to watch' ahead of one of the biggest heavyweight fights of all-time. It's obviously a fight that will capture the world, with what would many argue as the two best boxers on the planet going head-to-head to decide who the best is.

However, Hearn believes the fight might not live up to the hype. Usyk remains atop of the boxing pound-for-pound rankings after the victory over on Saturday evening. Athough Fury has numerously stated that he would retire, it seems he'll now return to face the heavyweight champion, should a deal be agreed upon.

Usyk was awarded Fury's Ring Magazine title after his defeat of Anthony Joshua, a belt which Fury was forced to vacate after speaking on retirement. But talks are already underway for the two to face one another, in what would be one of the more highly anticipated heavyweight bouts since in recent history.

Odds have already been released showing a clear favourite in the fight, with a date and venue already being earmarked - which could see the bout happening as early as this year.

Wwhilst it's one which many are excited about, Hearn has poured cold water on the fight being a memorable one.

On the DAZN Boxing Show, he said: "I would favour Oleksandr Usyk in that fight. I just think he’s so good. They’re both very intelligent fighters. It’s actually not a very good fight to watch but it’s an intriguing fight to watch. Tyson Fury doesn’t want to fight Usyk, but he may have to because the money is so big."
