The Rock took to Instagram showing the state of a sore-looking hand following a workout and it has left many fans concerned but also in awe.

With the post almost racking up four million likes in just two days, it has proved that his fans have a growing interest in his workout schedule.

The caption even showed off his personality, with him signing it off with “K, back to work,” accompanied by a weightlifting emoji and a chains emoji.

It is this determination and commitment that is most impressive about the American’s persona and it explains why he’s become so successful.
