Dwayne Johnson: The Rock shows off his gruelling workout

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has shown off his gruelling workout routine in a new post upload to his Instagram page.

The Rock may be one of the most famous and busiest people on the planet, but he still finds time to work on his physique in the gym.

Rocky has spoken about his strict diet routine, and the insane amount of food he eats and exercise he does to stay in the incredible shape he’s in right now, which you can see more of by clicking here.

And now, in a post uploaded to his Instagram page, the former WWE Champion has proved just how gruelling his workouts can be.

In a promotional video for his Zoa energy drink, The Rock showed fans the insane work that he puts in when he’s in the gym.

The former WWE Champion told fans that whether it’s at 4am, 4pm or midnight, he’s always putting getting his reps in when he steps into the gym.

The Rock is rumoured to be returning to WWE within the next year or so, ahead of a huge match at WrestleMania 39 in April 2023 against his cousin, Roman Reigns.
