Former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Dwayne Haskins was legally drunk when he was struck and killed by a dump truck on a Florida highway last month, an autopsy report revealed Monday.

Haskins, who died just weeks before his 25th birthday, had a blood alcohol content of .20 at the time of his death – nearly 2.5 times the legal limit in the state of Florida, according to the Broward County Medical Examiner's Office.

The report also noted traces of ketamine and norketamine in his system, painkillers that are prescribed by a doctor but have been known to be abused recreationally.

Haskins was in Florida training with Steelers teammates at the time of his death. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, he was attempting to cross the westbound lanes of Interstate 595 on foot when he was hit by a dump truck around 6:37 a.m. on April 9.
