Donny van de Beek: Damning video of Everton man 'always being ignored' at Man Utd

Donny van de Beek has finally been unshackled from his Manchester United limbo.

While the arrival of the Ajax protege in 2020 admittedly felt like overkill given the presence of Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba, nobody could have anticipated just how little game time he would be given.

Say what you like about whether or not Van de Beek is overrated, but the simple fact of the matter is that affording just four Premier League starts to a £40-million signing in 18 months is truly mystifying.

Only those in and around Carrington will know exactly why Van de Beek was stapled to the bench so often at Old Trafford, but there’s no escaping the fact that it’s left everyone scratching their heads.
