Diogo Dalot details how Marcus Rashford is helping Bruno Fernandes at Manchester United

Diogo Dalot has explained how the 'good dynamic' between Manchester United's attacking players is helping the team to score goals after two successive victories.

Erik ten Hag's side will be keen to build on Saturday's hard-fought 1-0 win over Southampton when they face Leicester tonight (Thursday). Bruno Fernandes bagged the only goal of the game against the Saints, as United followed up their 2-1 win over Liverpool with another three points.

While the triumph over Southampton required United to dig in deep and take the game by the scruff of the neck, the win against Jurgen Klopp's side came as a result of an outstanding showing from Ten Hag's men, with free-flowing football on display throughout the night.

Jadon Sancho opened the scoring for United against Liverpool before Marcus Rashford doubled the home side's lead. With Cristiano Ronaldo on the bench, United's attacking players demonstrated their quality.

United also look much more settled in defence, and Dalot — who registered his first assist of the campaign at St Mary’s on Saturday —was keen to praise the forward players for their movement.

"I always say that behind a good assist it’s always good movement behind it as well. I think Rashy [Marcus Rashford] does the movement to the first post to attract the player that brings Bruno free," Dalot told United's club media team.

"Jadon [Sancho] came inside, and then came again to give me the ball, so it’s always a good dynamic between each other and a team goal, I think, is the description of that goal. I mean, I have that ability [to create and assist] so I will try to give more and to give that part to the team but I think it will come naturally.
