Diablo Immortal: New Trailer Reveals Mobile and PC Release Date

Activision Blizzard has released a brand new trailer for the upcoming Diablo Immortal, and this has confirmed game’s release date for both PC and mobile.

There has been a lot of rumour around the release date, but it seems like now we have some official information from the developers.

Diablo Immortal was first announced in 2018 and has been in development for well over four years. The game is one of the highly anticipated titles of recent times and will be a free-to-play video game designed primarily for mobile devices; however, Blizzard is also planning to bring the massively multiplayer online action role-playing game to PC as well.

Diablo Immortal is set between the events of Diablo II and Diablo III and players start their adventure in the town of Wortham and work for Deckard Cain, a recurring and prominent character in the Diablo franchise.

Activision Blizzard held a YouTube Premier event on Monday 25th April 2022, and they revealed the release date for Diablo Immortal. The game is due to launch on Thursday 2nd June 2022.

To top it all off, Diablo Immortal will be arriving on PC alongside mobile (as an open beta) and will support cross-play with Android and iOS. Controller support will also be present for mobile, and it’s coming to the PC version, along with mouse and keyboard support on PC.

Talking more about the cross-play feature, Blizzard, in a blog post said: “(Players) will be able to take the fight to the Burning Hell’s legions on PC upon launch with full cross-play and cross progression support. During the PC Open Beta period, we will continue to collect player feedback, make changes, and fine-tune this version of Immortal until we feel it delivers a finalized experience for all courageous adventurers.”
