Devastated bride-to-be finds out her dream wedding is cancelled after logging onto Facebook
A bride-to-be who was forced to reschedule her wedding twice due to the pandemic has suffered another blow after finding out her dream wedding has been cancelled altogether.
Jade White, 29, from Atherton in Wigan, booked the Park Hall Hotel in Lancashire four years ago after scouring the country for her ideal wedding spot.
But the mum-of-two only discovered her wedding was cancelled for good after visiting the venue’s Facebook page and realising the hotel had been shut down without informing her.

Jade said she has since made ‘persistent’ attempts to find out more, but says she is still in the dark and fears she and fiancé Adam Flitcroft, 30, are now £4,250 out of pocket.
"Apparently it shut its doors - I didn't hear a thing until I went on the hotel's Facebook page,” Jade said.
“Absolutely everything was prepared - outfits and rings bought, cake ordered, decorations purchased, invitations sent - just for this to happen.
"Adam and I travelled all around the country to find the perfect venue and it had been booked for four years - we even took out a loan to cover the costs.
"When I found out, I was absolutely devastated - I was crying too much to even tell Adam what had happened.
"Who knows if we'll ever get our money back - and I have no idea how to tell all our guests that there's no wedding after all."
Car saleswoman Jade and mechanic Adam, who are parents to children Lola, four, and Joel, nine months, first booked their wedding in 2018, for a date in July 2020.
The couple were desperate to tie the knot to celebrate their relationship and so she could take Adam's surname - and have the same name as their children.
