Dale Steyn joins Sunrisers Eastern Cape as bowling coach
Former Proteas speedster Dale Steyn will join the Sunrisers Eastern Cape in the SA20 as bowling coach in a coaching group headed by Adrian Birrell.
The announcement was made on the team's Twitter page on Friday. Steyn, who played for the franchise from 2011 until 2015, is one of two coaches who have been seconded from the Sunrisers Hyderabad Indian Premier League franchise. The other one is former Indian international batter Hemang Badani, who is the fielding coach and a scout at the franchise.
Badani, who represented India in four Tests and 40 ODIs between 2000 and 2004, will look after the batting department and strategy.
