Coronation Street star Todd Boyce says 'it's clever' and tells who's in 'danger' as he addresses unravelling of Stephen Reid
Coronation Street star Todd Boyce appears impressed with how his storyline is currently playing out as Stephen Reid appears to be unravelling in front of viewers' eyes. It'd be fair to say that there has been plenty of shouting at the TV in recent weeks and months from fans of the ITV soap as the secret serial killer's crimes go undiscovered.
Stephen started by plotting and scheming to fleece his own mother, Audrey Roberts, but he then started bumping off those close to discovering the truth and standing in his way as he tried to find other ways to make money fast.
Cast your minds back and Stephen's first murder came after Jenny Connor's love interest Leo Thompkins got close to exposing his money-making plan. He ended up pushing him to his death in a wheelie bin after they got into a tussle on the Underworld factory steps.

And a couple of months later, after he realised that his son wasn't in Canada and had started to do some digging, Stephen killed Leo's dad Teddy with a hole punch.
Then more recently, after killing businessman Rufus Donahue in his own pool and nearly going ahead with bumping off his now-ex but then wife-to-be Elaine Metcalfe, Corrie viewers are constantly left wondering who will be next and whether the character, played by Todd Boyce, will ever be caught out.
But next week, it's another of Stephen's lies that appears set to be outed. Things kick off when Angelique breaks the news that she won’t be renewing the Nippersnapper contract but Stephen tells Carla Connor, Sarah Barlow and Michael Bailey that she would consider buying the company outright.
Afterwards, Tim Metcalfe warns Sarah that Stephen is a liar
