Coronation Street star sent straight to hospital in scary dash after going to doctors

Former Coronation Street star Stephanie Davis has opened up about her worrying trip to the hospital after revealing she'd been suffering from a chest infection for three weeks.

The actress, who recently played Courtney Vance in the ITV soap, told how she'd been ill for some time and, after seeking more medical help, was sent straight to the hospital with suspected pneumonia, an inflammation of the lungs that can become very serious and even fatal.

Love you mum, thank you for always being there."

The former Hollyoaks star added: "I’ve been put on steroids now (they
