Coronation Street star Elle Mulvaney seen with actor beau and former on-screen boyfriend as they reunite after exit

Coronation Street star Elle Mulvaney brought her real life and soap life together as she enjoyed a soggy weekend at one of the UK's festivals victim of the country's latest downpours.

The actress, who is known for playing Amy Barlow in the ITV soap, headed over to Hillsborough Park in Sheffield where Tramlines Festival 2023 was taking place. Elle was out in the rain to see The Courteeners headline the annual event alongside her boyfriend Liam Scholes.

Soap star Elle and her Waterloo Road star beau were also joined by a few pals including former Corrie star Jack James Ryan. Fans will know Jack for playing Weatherfield's Jacob Hay and it's fair to say they were gutted when he left the famous cobbles earlier this year.

During Jacob's first appearance in Weatherfield back in 2021, Corrie viewers were horrified as he groomed an impressionable Simon Barlow into joining a drugs gang while also tormenting his grieving mum, Leanne Battersby. And it wasn't long before he disappeared off the screen having crossed drug lord Harvey Gaskell, who has recently been revealed as his uncle.

But returned in 2022 and struck up a relationship with Amy Barlow which was initially met with disapproval. But with Amy, played by Elle Mulvaney, standing by him, Jacob managed to turn things around. He bagged a job at Underworld from Carla Barlow and even moved in with Amy at No.1 Coronation Street.
