Coronation Street star Tina O'Brien has shared how her daughter's latest TV appearance left her in tears. The actress, who is known for playing Sarah Barlow in the ITV soap, is a proud mum to daughter Scarlett Thomas.

The teen, whom Tina shares with former partner and ex-co-star Ryan Thomas, made her acting debut last year in the reboot of Waterloo Road alongside her actor uncle Adam Thomas and cousin Teddy. She then responded to a follow-up post, writing: "Cried my eyes out," before sharing it to her own Instagram Story, tagging her daughter and writing: "Best scene ever!!!"
