Confirmed Arsenal XI vs Newcastle as White and Gabriel return, Tavares starts at left back

Arsenal have been boosted with both Ben White and Gabriel Magalhaes passed fit to start against Newcastle. The Gunners can secure qualification for the Champions League if they win their final two games of the season at St James' Park and Everton next week.

Nuno Tavares has been given a chance to impress at left back with Cedric Soares dropping to the bench, with Takehiro Tomiyasu returning to his natural position of right back.

Granit Xhaka partners Mohamed Elneny in central midfield, while Martin Odegaard, Emile Smith Rowe and Bukayo Saka support the in-form Eddie Nketiah upfront.
