Christine McGuinness left 'stranded' on holiday with 'no idea' when she'll get home amid UK air traffic chaos

Christine McGuinness has said she's 'trusting in the universe' as she was left 'stranded' on her latest holiday with no idea when she'll be back home. The model has spent a few days soaking up the last of the summer sun with her three children before they go back to school.

Christine, 35, ditched the UK over the weekend after finishing up a week co-hosting a radio breakfast show in her home city of Liverpool. She spent last week presenting Radio City alongside Wes Butters before the mum-of-three told her fans she was 'switching off'.

After some silence, Christine returned to social media on Monday (August 28) with some snaps from her trip which she enjoyed with her mum as while as her children - twins Penelope and Leo and youngest daughter Felicity.

"The best holiday with my faves," the 35-year-old began to write in the caption of the carousel of images which started with a sweet photo of herself and her mum, Joanne, who had already accompanied her daughter on a child-free trip earlier this summer.

There were also pictures of Christine flashing her washboard abs as she soaked up the sun in an array of tiny string bikinis as well as pictures of the pool surrounded by her children's toys. And alongside her post, the former Real Housewives of Cheshire star shared her pride as to how they reacted to their latest holiday.
