Christine McGuiness shares how she copes with autism and loud music as she shows off toned midriff in post

Christine McGuiness has opened up about how she copes with loud music at gigs, after attending Hits Radio Live in Liverpool on Friday night (May 20).

Taking to Instagram, Christine, who is married to comedian Paddy McGuiness, shared a photo of herself smiling while showing off her toned midriff in Liverpool city centre. The 34-year-old stepped out in a black crop top and dark low-rise cargo pants, coupled with a white over-shirt and a pair of pink and white Nike Dunks.

She completed the outfit with a peach Prada handbag and her long blonde hair cascading in loose waves. In the background, a rainbow can be seen in the sky. In a second photo, the reality star is pictured throwing the peace sign while enjoying the gig at a busy Liverpool M&S Bank Arena.

Christine, who has been extremely candid about her recent autism diagnosis, captioned the photo: "The greater your storm, the brighter your rainbow. Liverpool + Music + Rainbows = LOVE". Throughout the night, Christine shared videos of herself dancing and singing to sets from DJ Jack Jones and singer Becky Hill. Pop stars George Ezra, Anne Marie and Tom Walker were also on the line-up.

Christine recently took part in ITV's The Games, a week-long programme of live shows which saw her take on Olympic-style sports events. She competed against five other female celebrities,
