Cheltenham Festival results LIVE as Wille Mullins comes alive and Ireland bashes Britain

It's day three of the Cheltenham Festival and punters are in for such a treat that there's not one but two feature races.

The Stayers' Hurdle and the Ryanair Chase are set to take place today as thousands of punters once again descend on Prestbury Park.

And if the opening two days are anything to go by, then it's certain to be another thrilling day of action in the Cotswolds.

There will be seven races on St Patrick’s Thursday, including the Pertemps Network final at 4.40pm and the Rosconn Group Fulke Walwyn Kim Muir Challenge Cup Handicap Steeple Chase at 5.20pm.

On Wednesday, iconic trainer Willie Mullins watched Il Etait Temps overcome the favourite Majborough to win the Queen Mother Champion Chase. It was another huge victory for the Irishman, who also won with Lossiemouth in the Champion Hurdle on Tuesday and it means Ireland hold an 8-6 advantage over Britain in the battle for the Prestbury Cup.
