Chelsea: Thiago Silva slams Anthony Taylor as video goes viral following Tottenham draw

Thiago Silva has called out Anthony Taylor on Instagram after Chelsea’s Premier League draw against Tottenham on Sunday evening.

Silva was seen making his feelings known after Pierre-Emile Højbjerg’s goal to make it 1-1 in the 68th minute.

Taylor decided against giving a foul when Kai Havertz was taken out by Rodrigo Bentancur.

Roughly 45 seconds after the challenge, Højbjerg found the back of the net from outside of the box.

But that’s not the decision that has promoted Silva to speak out on social media, though.

Cristian Romero went unpunished after pulling Marc Cucurella’s hair at a set-piece.

Moments later, Harry Kane headed home to ensure both sides shared the spoils.

Silva took to Instagram where he criticised Taylor for not punishing Romero despite having a great view of the incident.

“Maybe you didn’t see it? It’s not possible. Can you pull hair?” He wrote, alongside a screenshot of the incident, per The Sportsman.
