Nonetheless, many of Chelsea’s biggest signings came after Russian fortunes were injected into the club, helping the Blues to win four league titles, two Champions League trophies, two Europa League titles, five FA Cups and three League Cups.

The likes of Eden Hazard, Didier Drogba, Petr Cech, Frank Lampard and many others played a huge role in securing a gluttony of silverware.
