Chelsea held 'discussions with intermediaries' over £21m star at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea were in contact with Barcelona through intermediaries over the weekend in their bid to land Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to the reliable Fabrizio Romano.

The Gabonese striker is thought to be a key target for Thomas Tuchel as he looks to improve his forward line.
