Cheetahs, WP change it up for Currie Cup tussle in Bloemfontein

Cheetahs coach Hawies Fourie has made one rotational change to his backline and four changes to his pack.

Evardi Boshoff starts at outside centre in place of veteran Robert Ebersohn, while up front, Ockie Barnard, a 20-year-old who made his debut against the Lions, starts at lock in place of the injured Aidon Davis.

Aranos Coetzee, who was injured while playing for Namibia in the Africa Nations Cup, returns to take over at tighthead prop from Marne Coetzee, who drops down to the bench.

Marnus van der Merwe starts at hooker in place of Wilmar Arnoldi and veteran Schalk Ferreira is the loosehead prop ahead of Cameron Dawson in an all-new front row.

Fourie's counterpart, Jerome Paarwater, also made a number of changes to his line-up.

Tristan Leyds makes his return from injury to start at fullback, with Sergeal Petersen and Angelo Davids on the wings.

Cornel Smit and Mnombo Zwelendaba will link up in midfield, while there is an all-new halfback combination of Kade Wolhuter and Thomas Bursey.

Captain Nama Xaba is joined in the loose trio by Marcel Theunissen and No 8 Keke Morabe, with Connor Evans and Ben-Jason Dixon linking up in the second row.

Hooker JJ Kotze also makes his return from injury and will start with props Kwenzo Blose and Lee-Marvin Mazibuko on either side of him. Hooker Lukhanyo Vokozela is in line to make his senior WP debut from the bench.

"The time off has been valuable for us to look at our game
