Charlotte Dawson says she 'went through hell' as she shares incredible before and after look at 3 stone weight loss

Charlotte Dawson has flaunted her incredible three-stone weight loss in new before and after photos. The reality star has been opening about her fitness journey with her loyal followers and has even launched her own online fitness platform.

She has previously spoken about how she overhauled her lifestyle after a doctor told her to 'clean up her diet'. In October Charlotte, 29, opened up about her new exercise regime after being warned she was in danger of having type two diabetes. The comedy legend Les Dawson was previously diagnosed with gestational diabetes when she was pregnant with her son Noah, a common condition that affects one in 20 pregnant women.

She believed the condition was just part of her pregnancy and returned to her usual diet including her favourite chips and gravy after giving birth in January. But now, after making huge changes, Charlotte has undergone a complete physical transformation.

Taking to Instagram, Charlotte posted side-by-side snaps of herself before and after her weight loss, a year apart, showing her in a white and orange striped bikini prior to her dramatic change to now, showing off her toned figure wearing fitted orange anf grey gym wear.

"My darlings … 2k21 V 2k22!!" she began the caption of the two images to her thousands of followers. "Literally canny believe the difference! My whole life has changed so much in that time. I know I looked like I was in a fab place on the left but honestly a lot of the time I was just styling it out when inside I was feeling like s**** & going through hell.

"My health was really not in a good place at all - mentally or physically but I just couldn’t get motivated
