Channel 4 Celebrity Hunted line-up and what time it is on TV

Celebrity Hunted is back on our screens tonight (March 28) for a brand-new fifth series. Channel 4’s BAFTA-nominated thriller will see ten famous faces go on the run as fugitives, hoping to evade capture by the Hunters.

The latest series boasts a stellar line-up including comedians, broadcasters, Strictly Come Dancing stars, and an Olympian. The celebs will attempt to stay off the radar and remain at large for two weeks as a new crack team of hunters try and hunt them down. Hot on their tail will be former police officers, intelligence, and army personnel.

They are armed with the powers of the state, including CCTV and ANPR cameras, drones, dogs, mobile phone tracking, and social media publicity campaigns. The celebs are going on the run in aid of Stand Up to Cancer, the joint national fundraising campaign from Cancer Research UK and Channel 4.

So ahead of its launch tonight, let’s take a look at who will be hoping to evade capture during the new series of Celebrity Hunted.

Hoping to stay one step ahead of the Hunters will be comedians and hosts of the Off Menu podcast, Ed Gamble and James Acaster. The duo’s involvement in the series was revealed last summer when Ed was forced to present his Radio X show in hiding from an undisclosed location.

While on air, he repeatedly called the Hunters “thick”, prompting chief hunter Lisa Theaker to call into the show herself, telling Ed he is “the worst fugitive we have ever had”. They will be joined by Strictly Come Dancing champion Katya Jones who will be hoping to stay under the radar alongside her best friend, TV presenter and former Olympic snowboarder Aimee Fuller.
