«That's the great part of National School Sports Week as they can try out new and different sports. »If children are only shown football on the TV and at school then they might think sport is not for them as they might not like that particular sport.

«But there's everything from taekwondo to tai chi, which are all activities that children can enjoy and can be taught in school. »So, I would say to a child, try to find out about the range of sports and activities out there as I firmly believe that there is a sport out there for everyone.
