CAS rejects Vladyslav Heraskevych's claim against IOC

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has rejected Vladyslav Heraskevych’s claim against the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation, Suspilne Sport has said.

The court’s decision was made at 17:15 local time: Heraskevych’s claim against the IOC and IBSF has been rejected.

"We confirm that freedom of expression is allowed at the Olympics, but not at the competition venue. The judge listened to the arguments of both sides and made a decision in accordance with the IOC guidelines," CAS Secretary General Matthew Reid said.
