Caroline Garcia pleased with 'incredible atmosphere' at French Open after first-round victory over Wang Xiyu

Caroline Garcia celebrated her 7-6(7-4) 4-6 6-4 victory over Wang Xiyu which she earned in her home country. Garcia, the French women’s No. 1 player, secured a passage to the second round, in a battle against the Chinese player that took more than two and a half hours on Court Philippe-Chatrier.
