Cardiff v Ospreys live updates: Kick off time, TV channel details, team news and all the build up

Cardiff welcome the Ospreys to the Arms Park this afternoon, looking to get their season back on track after a miserable few weeks.

Dai Young's side suffered back-to-back maulings at the hands of the Scarlets before getting knocked out of the Challenge Cup by Saracens. The Ospreys, meanwhile, have not had a game for three weeks, however they do harbour hopes of winning the Welsh shield but winning is crucial today.

They'll also be hoping for the Scarlets to slip for the second week running against the Dragons to really make things interesting. It might not sound like much of a consolation but it does mean a place in the Champions Cup next season.

Meanwhile, Alun Wyn Jones returns for the Swansea-based region and he'll earn his 250th appearance for them. A remarkable achievement.

The game is being shown live on S4C and Premier Sports but if you can't get in front of the box, stay right here for all the updates.
