Cardiff v Ospreys Live: Kick-off time, team news and score updates from Arms Park

Liam Williams will have another go at putting his Cardiff Rugby career into gear when he features in the United Rugby Championship derby with the Ospreys at the Arms Park this afternoon (3).

The Wales international full-back came to grief on his debut for the capital city club in September, suffering a nasty shoulder injury against Munster that’s sidelined him since.

Williams managed just 19 minutes on the pitch that day.

He could be forgiven for feeling he’s unknowingly walked under every ladder that’s been put against a wall in South Wales in recent years, with injuries hitting him at every turn.

But at his best he’s a world-class performer with the ability to inspire those around him.

Cardiff are led by Josh Turnbull, part of a strong-looking back-row that also features Thomas Young and Taulupe Faletau.

Ospreys welcome back Justin Tipuric to their starting lineup, with the skipper taking his place in a breakaway trio that’s none too shabby in its own right, with Jac Morgan featuring at blindside flanker and the in-form Ethan Roots lining up at No. 8.
